Built by someone who could not answer one question.
“The ads cost this much. What did they make?” For years the honest answer was a guess.
Steddy started in an ads practice that ran Google Ads for plumbing, electrical and garage-door businesses, and ran their job software too. Every month, the same question from every owner, and every month the same guess back. Calls were not tied to jobs. Jobs were not tied to invoices. Nothing went back to Google, so Google kept optimising for clicks while owners paid for them.
The fix was not a better report. It was putting the job, the money and where it came from in one place, and running the whole day from there.

What we built
Software that runs the day for a trade business. The call comes in, the job is booked, the tech is dispatched, the quote is approved on the driveway, the invoice goes out before the van leaves, the homeowner pays on site. It works with no signal in a basement and syncs when it has one.
Then it tells you what the work made. Profit on every job, revenue by suburb, lead source and tech, and a profit and loss with the overheads in it. It works for a business that has never spent a cent on ads, and for them this is the whole product.
For the ones who do advertise, Loop sends each paid job back to Google as a dollar figure. Google learns from real money instead of clicks. Loop comes with the Steddy Loop and Steddy Fleet plans.

Who it is for
Businesses running 2 to 25 vans. Not the company that needs a consultant on site for a month. The middle of that range, where the owner is off the tools or trying to be, the first office hire has started, and the whiteboard has stopped working.
How we work
- Precise
- Numbers tied to invoices. Exact language. No "approximately" without a reason.
- Straight
- Plain answers. When something is our fault, we say so and fix it.
- Steady
- Month to month. No lock-in.
- Kinetic
- Fast in the office, fast in the van.
- Respectful of the work
- Designed for a tech under a house, gloves on. No mascot, no cartoons.
The enemy is guessing
And the business models that depend on owners never finding out. A tradesperson's business should feel as solid as their work. Nothing about that is magic. It takes numbers as honest as a level.
Every dollar reports back.
See what your work made.
Fifteen minutes: we walk you through one job, from the call to the money landing, then show you what it made.
