Three plans, priced the same way
Steddy is job management for trade businesses running 2 to 25 vans. Every plan has a monthly price. Each tech you send a job to in Steddy Crew adds the plan's per-tech price for that month. A tech with no jobs in a month costs nothing. Office staff on the phones are included, however many you have.

Taking card payments
Card payments go through your own Square account. Square charges a rate on each one, separate from your plan.

The terms, in plain words
- No fixed term
- Month to month.
- Your first payment back
- If Steddy is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
- Your price holds
- For 12 months from the day your account opens. After that, 60 days' notice of any change.
- One bill a month
- Each month on the date your subscription started. It covers the plan and your techs.
Questions people ask before switching
- Which plan do I need?
- The Steddy plan runs the day and shows what every job made. If you pay for ads, Steddy Loop shows which of them made money. Steddy and Steddy Loop include one admin login. Steddy Fleet includes three, and we do the setup with you.
- What is the difference between admins and office staff?
- Admins can do everything in Steddy. Office staff on the phones work leads, jobs, quotes and invoices, and nothing else.
- Who counts as a tech?
- Anyone you send a job to in Steddy Crew during the month. A tech with no jobs that month costs nothing. Office staff on the phones never count.
- Who supplies the tracking numbers?
- We do, on Steddy Loop and Steddy Fleet.
- Is card processing in the plan price?
- No. Square charges its own rate on each card payment, separate from the plan.
- What if it isn't for us?
- Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. There is no fixed term, and your price holds for 12 months. The full terms are above.
